1. Overview
This website is operated by Gill International Ltd (T/A Nina Murati and Hepburn) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site and/or placing an order, you ("you", "your", "Customer") confirm that you represent a business entity, are authorised to bind that entity, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with any additional policies referenced herein. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Order management and fulfilment are handled via a separate inventory system; all orders are subject to manual review and approval before dispatch.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- Access and purchasing are limited to approved wholesale accounts only.
- By registering, you warrant that (a) you act on behalf of a legitimate business and (b) you are authorised to enter into binding agreements on that business's behalf.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any account application at our discretion.
- In order to maintain our exclusivity guarantee, applications may be declined due to proximity to an existing stockist (for example, within the same town, postcode district, or agreed trading radius). In the event that an existing stockist in your area ceases to trade with us, your application may be reconsidered.
3. Use of Service & Conduct
- You agree to use this Service solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, including those relating to intellectual property, export controls, and data privacy.
- You shall not transmit harmful code, infringe or misuse intellectual property, or access our systems in an unauthorised manner.
4. Prohibited Activities
Except as explicitly authorised, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access or interact with our systems.
- Disclose private or sensitive information about us, other users, or account-holders.
5. Pricing & Orders
- All pricing, product descriptions, availability, and promotional offers are account-specific and subject to change without notice.
- Use of another business's account does not grant access to their products or pricing.
- No payment is collected at the time of placing an order through the Site. Orders are reviewed and must receive manual approval before dispatch. Once approved, your order is passed to our accounts team and an invoice will be issued. Customers without existing payment terms will receive a pro forma invoice, which must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- If an order is declined or modified following submission, we will notify you using your registered contact details.
- We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business, or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account or the same billing and/or shipping address. Accounts found to be purchasing under another name or account will be banned from placing further orders through the site.
6. Pack Sizes & Quantities
- All products are sold in packs. Our minimum order is one pack, which may be as few as 4 units, depending on the product.
- Packs are sold as listed and may not be split. You may not order partial packs, individual sizes, or individual colours from within a pack. Size and colour ratios are fixed as shown on the product listing.
- Orders must meet the correct quantity increment for each item. If your cart does not meet the required pack quantity, you will be notified at checkout.
- If an order is submitted with an incorrect quantity, this will be corrected during processing and your invoice will reflect the adjusted total.
7. Product Details
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion, including based on region or buyer classification.
- We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce colours.
- Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update or cancel orders where information is found to be inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
8. Shipping & Additional Charges
- We deliver via FedEx. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A signature is required upon delivery on all orders.
- Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched and delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Shipping charges are not always reflected in your checkout total and will be added to your final invoice. Current charges are as follows:

9. Returns & Refunds
- We will refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with, provided it is returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact, within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. A completed returns form must be included with your parcel.
- Refunds will be issued as credit notes within 7 days of receiving your return. Please send an accompanying email to accounts@gill-international.com to confirm your return and secure your credit note. Credit notes are the sole remedy available under this policy; cash refunds are not offered.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked, insured service. Parcels remain your responsibility until received by us; we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Returns should be sent to: Nina Murati Returns Dept., Gill International Ltd, 68A Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AW, United Kingdom.
- Damaged products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to receive a credit note for the value of the affected item(s).
- In the case of multiple damaged products or a product recall, the affected items will be collected by our couriers at no cost to you.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance line may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase.
- Purchases made from stockists cannot be returned through this site.
10. Delivery & Title Transfer
- All orders are subject to manual approval before dispatch. Delivery is typically scheduled within 1 to 3 working days of order approval, subject to stock availability. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
- Title and risk in the goods generally pass to you upon dispatch, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
11. Third-Party Tools & Links
- The Site may include content or links provided by third parties. Such links are provided for convenience only; we make no warranties or representations about third-party sites or services.
- Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and governed by their terms and conditions.
12. User Feedback & Submissions
- Any comments, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by us at any time without restriction or compensation.
- You represent that your feedback does not violate any third-party rights and does not contain sensitive personal data unless explicitly identified as such.
13. Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gill International Ltd (T/A Nina Murati and Hepburn) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any products purchased through it.
- Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gill International Ltd (T/A Nina Murati and Hepburn) and its related entities, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.
16. Term & Termination
- These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse of your account.
- Provisions concerning liability, indemnity, confidentiality, and any other clauses intended by their nature to survive termination shall continue in full force after termination.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
18. Severability & Waiver
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Any failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
19. Amendments
- We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
- Continued use of the Site or the placing of orders following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
