DELIVERY
We use Fedex to deliver orders quickly across the UK. For delivery to other countries, please get in contact at hello [at] ninamurati [dot] com. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any orders to PO Boxes.
A signature is required upon delivery on all orders.
Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Our working days are Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Free for orders over £1,000
£15 for orders less than £1,000
Scottish Highlands
Free for orders over £1,500
£25 for orders less than £1,500
Channel Islands
Free for orders over £1,500
£30 for orders less than £1,500
Northern Ireland
Free for orders over £1,500
£30 for orders less than £1,500 + £30 documentation fee per invoice. EORI number required.
Republic of Ireland
Free for orders over £1,500
£30 for orders less than £1,500 + £40 documentation fee per invoice if using your own clearing agent, or £80 if you require clearance documentation.
For Irish orders, we will get in contact regarding shipping documentation and methods. Duty and Taxes are to be paid by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY AND FAQS
We hope that you will love everything you buy from Nina Murati. However, if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging along with your delivery note & returns form. Please do not remove any labels or tags.

As long as the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package. Please send an accompanying email to accounts [at] gill-international [dot] com in order to secure your credit note. Please note we do not cover the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service with a trusted courier so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
