Registration and Account Access

How do I make an account?

To make an account with us, click Join Us above and fill in the registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your details to ensure our exclusivity guarantee and let you know if your account has been approved. Once approved, you'll be able to see prices and add to cart when logged in using the same email.

When will my registration be approved?

We aim to approve all registration forms within 24 hours. If you have waited more than 3 days with no response, please contact web@gill-international.com

I've ordered from you before, how do I access my account?

We've done our best transfer over all existing accounts, please log in using your previously used email in order to check your status. If you are unable to see prices and check out, get in contact with web@gill-international.com to confirm your account status.

How do I sign in?

You will not need a password to log in, just click on the account button above (next to the shopping bag). If you see the correct email, click "Sign in with Shop" or click "More ways to Sign in" and type in the email you used to register your account. You will then be sent a verification code to log in. Click back on the NM logo to start shopping.

I have an account, but I still can't see prices?

Make sure you're logged into your account when viewing the site. If you can't see prices, your account is likely pending approval.

If you applied for an account more than 3 days ago and have yet to receive an approval email, please contact web@gill-international.com

Ordering and Product details

Why can't I place an order?

There are a few reasons you may not be able to check out on our site:

You must be logged in with your registered email to be able to add items to cart and checkout.

You must meet the correct quantity increment of the items in your cart. A pop up message will tell you if you do not have the correct quantity.

What's your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 1 pack, which can be as low as 4 units.

Am I able to split a pack and only order certain sizes/colours?

No, all packs are sold as is with the size and colour ratios listed.

I placed an order but wasn't charged at checkout?

That's correct, any orders placed through the site are sent on to our warehouse for approval and confirmation of item availability. Once approved, your order will go to accounts, and your invoice will be sent. If you do not have payment terms set up with us already, you will be sent a pro forma invoice to be paid prior to shipping.

Are there any additional charges?

There are a few situations where your invoice total may differ from your checkout total.

If you selected the wrong number of items to meet a full pack, that will be corrected in processing.

If you are in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, your order will be subject to documentation fees. The fee is £30 for Northern Ireland, or £40 for the Republic of Ireland if you have your own clearing agent; if you require clearance documentation, the total fee is £80.

Shipping and Returns

When will I get my order?

Once your order is placed through our site, it's reviewed in our warehouse prior to dispatch.

If you already have an account with us, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days with Fedex Priority shipping and will be with you the day after dispatch.

If you do not have account terms with us, payment will be due prior to shipping. Payment requests will be sent by our accounting software, Xero, and be from Gill International (T/A Nina Murati, Hepburn).

How much do you charge for shipping?

Generally, shipping is free for orders over £1000 in the United Kingdom, and £15 for orders under that threshold.

Additional charges may be added for shipping and/or documentation fees to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and other international orders.

Shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and may not be present on your immediate order confirmation.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If you received an invoice from us, but have not received your order after 2 days, please get in contact with us at info@gill-international.com and we will track down your order.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange anything you're unhappy with when it's returned to us in a saleable condition and reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged products must also be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement.
